I loved how they were very organized, very clean environment, seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. I cannot give it more stars because when we got our estimate back on parts and labor, and then compared it to parts and labor with another company and online, they are way overcharging for parts. Labor was competitive. Felt that their customer service was wonderful. I appreciated that they put in order the things that needed to be done based on what they would recommend first. However, I can't honestly say that their prices are truly honest. Not sure why they feel they can charge so much on parts or added $9 shop fees to both services they did (alignment and evaluation).
M, Thank you for the kind words, and the three stars. We aim for a 5 star experience every time, but understand that sometimes we miss the mark. However, Just as our name says, we are honest. We list every price right on the estimate. We don't hide costs, or mislabel, or fudge numbers. We tell you upfront what the cost will be and call you for approval if any of the prices change, or appear to go beyond what was estimated. If we charge you what we say we are going to charge you, I don't see how that could be dishonest. There will always be someone cheaper somewhere. If you are looking for rock bottom prices, you will get rock bottom work. Our prices reflect a constant struggle between keeping prices low and providing talented capable technicians that provide quality repair work and top tier customer service. If you truly feel that we have not treated you honestly, please call us, ask for Kris, and tell us what we can do to make it right.
