The kindest people in auto care for sure. Listened intently. Price was really high to fix a bad connection in a seatbelt. But that’s just their price.

Honest 1 was able to get me in the same morning I called. I was able to wait comfortably for my car to be ready. They also helped me take care of renewing the registration. They are very helpful and most reasonable!

I love this place! I went in to get a last minute oil change and they were able to fit me in. They had everything prepared when I got there, and took my car back immediately to start working on it. I really liked that they did not pressure me to do anything else to my car, however they did give me a list of things they noticed may need attention, and a quote on how much it would cost, which was very helpful. Bob and his wife (I didn’t catch her name) seem like very kind, very honest people, which is nice because I am not very comfortable with car maintenance stuff as I don’t know anything about cars. But I felt very comfortable with them and trusted they would do what was best for my car. AND they have complimentary drinks while you wait! How awesome is that!

Got my emissions and tags here. They were SUPER nice. Cheaper than alot of places. Took a wee bit longer than I would've liked since I had left work to get this done, but if I had planned it better, then it wouldn't have mattered. They didn't try to push anything extra into me. They just left some notes on the paper to let me know what needs done and I was on my way.

Best oil change experience I’ve ever had. They were quick and not overpriced. They were very nice and did not try to upsell. Very pleased.

I am so glad that I found Honest-1 Auto Care in Provo. My Mercedes requires specialized attention; when the car dealer left the county for allegedly greener fields elsewhere, I was unable to drive the distance to get the car serviced there. The mechanices at Honest-1 know their way around my foreign car. Honest-1 iin Provo lives up to its franchise name. Most recently, I signed a service agreement for an amount well over what I actually ended up paying, since they explained that the prospective work was not necessary. I enjoy the atmosphere at the shop, with complimentary drinks and soft chairs while I'm waiting... Or a shuttle service when I need it (which I haven't used yet).

Everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional here. I really appreciate that they always document everything and inspect your car so you know what repairs you need in the future. I always feel well-informed when I come here. They're the only mechanic we go to because we love it there :)
