Got my emissions test done. They were great!

Amazing service. I was having them doing to work on one of my cars (cruise control, not serious) when my other car dropped its catalytic converter. They came to me, gave me my first car and took the second car to get it fixed. A few hours later, I switched them cars. In one day, both cars were fixed! They bailed me out of a tough situation and were able to help me avoid paying for a tow truck. They've won my business.

i haven't been to too many auto mechanics in provo, but i am always skeptical of them in general. my family and personal friends have all had issues from various mechanics in different areas, so i have a general distrust for them. not so with these guys! our family had to return our leased camry and was upgrading to a mini-van, and we needed to get an inspection of the vehicle (so we knew we weren't getting swindled by the dealer). i scheduled a 21 point inspection of a 2006 toyota sienna, and i brought the van in the same day i made the appointment. they spent about 30-45 minutes and checked areas for wear-and-tear and some other safety features of the vehicle. they charged me $39.95 with tax, which i thought was a pretty good price for what they were doing. they were friendly and respectful, and most importantly were honest. it really was all in the name. i came out feeling happy about my purchase with the dealership, but i was also happy with the service i received from honest 1 auto care.

Jared worked hard to minimize my cost of repairs and I really appreciate his efforts. It is this level of faith & trust that makes it a "no- brainer," for me to return to Honest-1 for all my auto repairs and to readily recommend them to anyone who needs quick, reliable and inexpensive, service on their vehicle.

I felt that the service was VERY professional and the place was clean and in excellent condition. I really liked the fact the technician took me back into the workshop to see the problem/damage in question. Not many places will do that - which shows the service is honest.

I've been taking my car to these guys for a few years now and I've been impressed with the quality of work every time. They have always been fair and honest with me. They once fixed something minor on my car for free, when I expected to pay something for their time. And they're nice. Give them a try.

Every time I have gone to this Honest-1 Auto Care, I am treated with the amount of respect that I don?t get everywhere else. Being a woman going into a, Auto shop of any kind you automatically have some sort of insecurity. Here the Shop Managers always make me feel welcome and no question is overlooked or too stupid. It almost feels like apart of the family! I am glad I found you guys! Thanks for all you do!

The first time I brought my car into a Honest 1 Auto Care center it was purely for the convenience of the location. After that 1st visit, I was so impressed that I have not taken my car anywhere else. Honest 1 will be my first choice until they give me a reason to think otherwise.

I really appreciate the quality of service I have consistently received from the guys at the shop. They won a repeat customer when I first bought the car I drive now. I took it in to get inspected by the dealer before I bought it used, and the car passed with flying colors. A week later when I was in the dealership for a fluid service, the service manager tried to inform me that the car needed a new brake job on all four wheels. In disbelief, (this same dealership had just given it a clean bill a week before), I dropped by Honest-1. They were, true to their name, honest. I will make sure to visit Honest-1 in the future.
