I felt that the service was VERY professional and the place was clean and in excellent condition. I really liked the fact the technician took me back into the workshop to see the problem/damage in question. Not many places will do that - which shows the service is honest.

I've been taking my car to these guys for a few years now and I've been impressed with the quality of work every time. They have always been fair and honest with me. They once fixed something minor on my car for free, when I expected to pay something for their time. And they're nice. Give them a try.

Every time I have gone to this Honest-1 Auto Care, I am treated with the amount of respect that I don?t get everywhere else. Being a woman going into a, Auto shop of any kind you automatically have some sort of insecurity. Here the Shop Managers always make me feel welcome and no question is overlooked or too stupid. It almost feels like apart of the family! I am glad I found you guys! Thanks for all you do!

The first time I brought my car into a Honest 1 Auto Care center it was purely for the convenience of the location. After that 1st visit, I was so impressed that I have not taken my car anywhere else. Honest 1 will be my first choice until they give me a reason to think otherwise.

I really appreciate the quality of service I have consistently received from the guys at the shop. They won a repeat customer when I first bought the car I drive now. I took it in to get inspected by the dealer before I bought it used, and the car passed with flying colors. A week later when I was in the dealership for a fluid service, the service manager tried to inform me that the car needed a new brake job on all four wheels. In disbelief, (this same dealership had just given it a clean bill a week before), I dropped by Honest-1. They were, true to their name, honest. I will make sure to visit Honest-1 in the future. There are a lot of auto shop in the Provo area. Its a great market, thousands of young students with crappy cars that they cant afford to maintain unless it breaks. I was leaking power steering fluid so i took it to another shop at the corner of Canyon rd and 1230 N. They said my high pressure hose needed to be replaced. It was going to cost around $400. I went to Honest Auto Care. They looked at it and saw that the hose connection was merely missing an O-ring. The had me out of there in 30 minutes for $10.00. I have not had a problem since. Honestly goes a long way. You should visit these guys if you can.

CLEAN, polite, and timely. Willing to explain everything in detail with no fluff and without being condescending! Their ASE Master Certified tech knows his stuff and gives it to you straight. After shopping out THREE other local shops that came "recommended" by friends, I saved a ton of money by bringing it to Honest 1 and the quality of work was top notch, even on a difficult to wrench on vehicle ('95 Montero SR) I will be bringing my '07 Audi A4 here from now own too. I can honestly say that Honest 1 Auto Care has our business for life!! Both my husband and I have never seen car care that has the level of honesty, integrity, and quality work like they do!!!! We are grateful to them for all the times they have saved our car, our time, and especially our money!!!!

Went in for an oil change and left completely satisfied with a smile on my face. They had a fair price, were very friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable, and they didn't try to rip me off or lie to me like other places around Provo have!
