Provo Auto Repair

GOOD FIRST: I compared prices with about 4 other shops around, and they were the cheapest for both emissions and tires. I just had some used tires put on and they renewed my registration. They were booked, but he said to leave my car, and they would get to it during the same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is very nice. Family owned it appears. THE BAD: They left rubber scuffs on my rims which I feel was unprofessional. I noticed them afterward and returned to ask if they had any chemical to clean them, and they said no. My car should work/look better than when it went in.

Have been going to them since 2008 and we love them. Always great service, and I love that they can bring me home while they have my car. We only have one car so that service is amazing for our family.

I have been going to Honest One for over 5 years and absolutely love the people that work there and the service they provide. They truly are honest and genuine and never try to force me to fix more than I came in for. They always give me a heads up when I need to keep an eye on something, and I trust them completely. I feel like-- since I can't have my dad nearby to help me with car solutions-- this is the next best thing. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've gone to Honest One about four times now and they're fantastic! They're very clear about what repairs need to be done when and never push work on your car that you don't need. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The waiting room is nice, free water and soda, comfy chairs, and free wifi. I highly recommend them for both regular maintenance and special fixes.

Had my timing belt replaced on my sienna. Checked prices at 3 places they were the best and they replaced the water pump and bearings as well.

Extremely impressed with their service. I had a check engine light issue, and they fixed it in a timely manner. They were gracious enough to reduce the charge, given that the issue wasn't a major one. I highly recommend this place. This will now be my auto shop.

Best auto shop I have ever used. They took such good care of my daughter's car that I now save my routine maintenance on my own car in California for trips out to see her in Provo. I can't say how pleased I am with their service and results. They don't try to up-sell me on things I don't need but take care of what is needed to keep me and my daughter's car reliably on the road. I have had them do timing belts, all required routine service like flush, oil, etc. They have also handled some difficult suspension issues on my Maxima. They have done great with my Honda and Corolla. Their pricing has been very fair and reasonable but best of all it is done right. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I picked up a piece of debris in one of my tires causing a flat. Honest-1 Auto Care was able to quickly patch the tire when another place already told me it was impossible. They did a great job and were very professional. To those more interested the other place I went to didn't want to take the time to pull out the debris to see the actual size of the puncture. Honest-1 Auto Care was perfectly okay checking that even though I probably wouldn't have bought anything from them if it was unable to be repaired.

This review is long overdue! The service was very professional, quick, fair, no unexpected charges, quality work done by good people. Bob and his team have gone above and beyond for my car time and time again. As a college student, much like many others in the area, my car was far less than stellar. Being a single girl with no family near, one of mine (and my fathers) biggest anxieties while I was away was car problems. With Honest-1, I never had to stress or worry. They take the time to explain all the issues. They even took the time to discuses problems over the phone with my dad prior to doing any of the work. I trust them completely and have had such positive experiences and results from them. Thank you Honest-1!!
