The staff here is very friendly and they do a great job. They provide timely service and give valuable feedback about your vehicles condition and needs. If you need them to give you a ride while your vehicle is being worked on, no problem. They dropped my wife off at school and then took me to work. They also offered to come pick me back up from work. Lastly, they charge fair prices and give you good value.

I love Honest 1. They are reliable and friendly and I have never felt taken advantage of when I go there. I will keep going as long as I live in Utah.

Finding a good mechanic that you can trust can sometimes be a daunting task, but when you have found one, you want to stick with them. These guys are amazing and do an awesome job. They recognize that sometimes you can't always afford the most expensive repair job and find ways to help you get your car working at minimal cost.

These guys are awesome. Sure, you can find cheaper prices, but not crazy cheaper. These prices are pretty decent. But they are open long hours. They were the only place open until 3:00pm on a saturday. They took me home after I dropped off my car and picked me up from home to pick it up when it was done. They even stayed open and extra 30 minutes so I could get my car that day. Great guys. When I got my car back, she was purring like a kitten. They are very friendly and nice to work with.

So, I had been avoiding going to this place for the past 3 years because they didn't impress me the one time I had went. Plus, our good old car needed head gasket and radiator repair--not a quick or cheap fix. But, this time around, I had little choice--three other shops that gave me attractive quotes couldn't get it done in time for my travel. So, I went to Honest One quite skeptical--I even shared a few of my concerns with the attendant at the front desk. After speaking with them, I decided to go for it. They offered the quickest turn around time and a price that was in the middle of the other three quotes I had. Importantly, I didn't tell them the $$ or time of competitors. By the end of it, they had completely won me over. The owner (Bob) gave me updates throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable accepting/turning down other repairs. I was hoping they would show my 93 Accord the same attention they would to a new car, and they really did. Before dropping it off, I pointed to a sagging piece of plastic underbody and told my wife "Well, we'll know if they really look at things if this thing is fixed after the repair." It was nothing big--it was just missing one bolt, but it was the type of thing any good autos shop should notice and fix gratis. Again, they didn't let me down. It was bolted down after the gasket repair and they didn't even mention it. My fixed car drove like new all the way to CA after the repair. Also, my repair came with 2x roadside assistance anywhere in the country (I think it lasts a year or two) and an ultimate car wash certificate. I was very impressed with they way they treated me and the work they did. I found that they really listened to my worries about them doing the work and my concerns for my car. They did an excellent job repairing it and charged a very reasonable price. Will go there again-- Highly recommended.

The prices may be a bit higher, but it's worth the quality of work that they do. They've always been super helpful with whatever problems I've had with my two cars.

Got my emissions test done. They were great!

Amazing service. I was having them doing to work on one of my cars (cruise control, not serious) when my other car dropped its catalytic converter. They came to me, gave me my first car and took the second car to get it fixed. A few hours later, I switched them cars. In one day, both cars were fixed! They bailed me out of a tough situation and were able to help me avoid paying for a tow truck. They've won my business.

i haven't been to too many auto mechanics in provo, but i am always skeptical of them in general. my family and personal friends have all had issues from various mechanics in different areas, so i have a general distrust for them. not so with these guys! our family had to return our leased camry and was upgrading to a mini-van, and we needed to get an inspection of the vehicle (so we knew we weren't getting swindled by the dealer). i scheduled a 21 point inspection of a 2006 toyota sienna, and i brought the van in the same day i made the appointment. they spent about 30-45 minutes and checked areas for wear-and-tear and some other safety features of the vehicle. they charged me $39.95 with tax, which i thought was a pretty good price for what they were doing. they were friendly and respectful, and most importantly were honest. it really was all in the name. i came out feeling happy about my purchase with the dealership, but i was also happy with the service i received from honest 1 auto care.

Jared worked hard to minimize my cost of repairs and I really appreciate his efforts. It is this level of faith & trust that makes it a "no- brainer," for me to return to Honest-1 for all my auto repairs and to readily recommend them to anyone who needs quick, reliable and inexpensive, service on their vehicle.
