Some of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. My wife thinks so too, and she is skeptical about most repair shops. If she trusts them, you should too.

I've been coming to Honest 1 for the last 5 + years. They do a really great job, I've always been happy with the work that was done or they make it right for me. I started using them when I had a problem with my Dodge Van and every other mechanic wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix a dash light. Bob was able to fix it for me quickly for a few hundred dollars. I have many more examples of how they saved me money vs what other mechanics wanted to charge but eventually I just went straight to Honest 1 whenever I had an issue. They always call me and let me know what is going to be done before they start the work and even make a plan with me on what is needed now vs what can wait. I've never been surprised by the price when I go to get my car. This is a family business which is probably why they are so awesome.

Have been going to these guys for years. They are always courteous and do a great job of showing me everything there is to know about my car when I ask. They show me what work needs to be done and why. Prices are competitive.

As far as Auto technicians go, they are the best I have seen. I have been to many mechanics who are basically crooks trying to chase problems. Took my truck in to get look at at Honest 1 Auto Care they provide an honest diagnosis of the problem and gave me the most cost effective solution to the problem. They treat you like people. No bullshit, they even gave me a used coil when they found out that one of my coils had gone out. They even topped off the fluids in my vehicle.

GOOD FIRST: I compared prices with about 4 other shops around, and they were the cheapest for both emissions and tires. I just had some used tires put on and they renewed my registration. They were booked, but he said to leave my car, and they would get to it during the same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is very nice. Family owned it appears. THE BAD: They left rubber scuffs on my rims which I feel was unprofessional. I noticed them afterward and returned to ask if they had any chemical to clean them, and they said no. My car should work/look better than when it went in.

Have been going to them since 2008 and we love them. Always great service, and I love that they can bring me home while they have my car. We only have one car so that service is amazing for our family.

I have been going to Honest One for over 5 years and absolutely love the people that work there and the service they provide. They truly are honest and genuine and never try to force me to fix more than I came in for. They always give me a heads up when I need to keep an eye on something, and I trust them completely. I feel like-- since I can't have my dad nearby to help me with car solutions-- this is the next best thing. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've gone to Honest One about four times now and they're fantastic! They're very clear about what repairs need to be done when and never push work on your car that you don't need. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The waiting room is nice, free water and soda, comfy chairs, and free wifi. I highly recommend them for both regular maintenance and special fixes.
