I'm sorry to hear that you feel our prices are too high. We are usually not the cheapest or the most expensive in town. We try to keep our prices competitive, but we only use high quality parts, and have a 3 year nationwide warranty for most repairs. We understand that repairing your car correctly can be costly, that is why we give recommendations we let you know which ones are urgent, and which ones you might be able to hold off on. We want you to be able to get on the road quickly, but safely, and take care of less urgent matters later on. If you're looking for a great place to take your vehicle for maintenance and or repair, I highly recommend Honest One in Provo. They are friendly, competent and thorough. They never try and push me into a service. They always give me their recommendations for repairs with an explanation of why and how urgent the repair is. I love how quickly they are able to get me in. The atmosphere at the shop is great. My kids love to play in the play area. They offer beverages. When my husband needs his oil changes they will let him drop the car off first thing in the morning and give him a ride to work! We love Honest One so much we drive from Eagle Mountain to Provo, just because we know we will get honest, terrific service each time. Make the switch to a better shop today. I was in a bind. My alternator was dying/dead and each mechanic I took my car to said they were too busy to fix it. I knew if I shut the car off it wouldn't start again and I had to be somewhere for the evening. Then I found Honest-1 Auto Care. They too were busy because it was Monday, but they listened to my situation and not only fixed my car that day, but they gave me a free shuttle to and from work. To top it off, they offered free mountain dew!! Kris and Bob were very friendly. Thanks for everything! I will definitely be a return customer.

Great service. I have never felt taken advantage of at Honest one. They take care of you, do good work, and make sure to clear things with you before charging $. There have been multiple times where there are components on my car that could potentially be fixed, but they are honest with me, saying if I was looking to save money I didn't need to fix it right now.
