I scheduled an appt to have the headlight replaced on a Ford Taurus - where it wasn’t just a simple “pull bulb out & replace - more involved plus other items. Somehow when our daughter dropped off the car we weren’t on the schedule BUT they got her right in. We were very well taken care of. They went over & above. Then the scheduler Chris (sp?) called and apologized for the mixup which was not expected but very much appreciated. They took care of the headlight, able to fit it an oil change and checked several other items on the car for us - not selling services not needed but telling us when we might want to check them or address them in the future. I’d recommend this establishment - I think they live up to their name - Honest. Hard to find in the car repair industry.

While I didn't even take my car to this business, I ended up talking to one of the managers on the phone and had an amazing experience. He helped me understand that my problem wasn't even a problem. He said while we can look at it it's probably not an issue. In my mind any business that takes the time and is that honest is worth five stars.

They finished my car way before they thought! They also, did a full sweep and realized that I needed an oil change and to renew my tags. I will definitely be back!
