Honest 1 is the only place I trust to service my car. They are always professional, helpful, and honest which is why I will continue to choose them for years to come. They are also competitive with their prices, don’t try to push non-needed services, and are helpful in understanding maintenance recommendations.

Great service! Have been going here for about a year. They are great at communicating about the status of your car while it's on the shop. Only do repairs that you asked them to do. The estimate is always spot on.

I love these guys I’ve been going to them for years! They always call before they do anything - if they find anything else they will call me as well to make sure that that’s OK! As a single woman who has been taken advantage of at many auto places and these guys are top notch!

They do a very good job and are friendly. My only issue is that they don’t call you once your vehicle is done. I had to call to confirm when the work would be done, and then had to call again to find out if it was ready.

I dislike paying for work that I don't need. I had them check the AC levels prior to replacing the entire AC system. They told me the price for the system check and also the replacement. But they also suggested that it's likely not worth the work on the vehicle that I had. I was so grateful for their honesty. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and answered all my questions. For me, the money was well spent, even though they didn't fix anything. I'll be back there tomorrow for a brake job. Love the shuttle service, too.

I will never go back here. They’re prices were way higher than other places in the area. They charged a $60 inspection which I’ve never had anyone do before. I had to have my car towed to another shop to somewhere more affordable. When I came to get my car I paid them what I owed and they tried to refuse to give me MY CAR keys until the tow truck came. I’ve never dealt with such a manipulative and money seeking car repair shop.
