I took my elderly parents minivan in to Honest 1 to have the squeak from a pulley that was causing a burnt smell of a belt fixed or replaced. picked up the van the next day with the same squeak and the same burnt smell. They did however replace 2 pulleys and the belt. One pulley had already been replaced and I told them this. I thought they would troubleshoot the issue before replacing anything but I was sadly mistaken.

started on my vehicl exactly when scheduled. Very friendly. Service was excellent.
