I feel like they do a good job working on my car and they don't sell me things I don't need. However, they don't always admit when they made a mistake on my car and they charge me for it. They worked on the ac on my car and afterwards the passenger temperature was messed up. They charged me $80 just to look at the ac that was working great before they worked on it and then told me they couldn't find the issue :(

I am a loyal customer to Honest One Auto Care. They have been very honest and fair with me every time I’ve brought my car in to be serviced. Whether it is an oil change, or a two-day repair, I bring my cars here. I’ve had them work to accommodate my complicated schedule. They even stayed open late one day so I could pick up my car. Quality people! Quality shop!

Went in to have some work done and, along with a printed description of what was done, was given a printout of some other work that could be done. Took the car back later, but once they got a better look at the car, said it was good for another six to nine months. I really appreciated their honesty.

These guys were clear and transparent through the repair conducted on our car. They were quick, communicated openly, and left a great impression on us. They did a great job and I've already booked an appointment for an issue on our family's other vehicle.

My daughter just graduated from college and got her first job. Shortly thereafter her car had some issues that were more expensive than we had hoped. Kris was willing to work with us the get the cost to fit out budget. I am very pleased with their willingness to work with us on this.
