I needed front rotors and breaks replaced and they got me in and out extremely quick. I got a second quote from another auto shop which was identical so their name holds true👊

Brought my car in, they didn’t find any issues, didn’t charge me for their time. Definitely bringing all my cars to this business. Honesty is their true name.

Gotta hand it to Honest1—fast service, which I definitely appreciated. But I’m still trying to wrap my head around how “honest” it is to charge $250 to recharge my old A/C system, just to tell me it needed to be replaced… and then charge me again to recharge the new one. If double-charging is part of the honesty brand, I guess I missed the memo.

I took in my 2011 Tacoma for a pre-trip check. When I got the report, I felt confident my truck was ready for the trip, as well as driving around locally. The mechanic indicated my brake pads were good, my fluids were topped off, and my tires still had sufficient wear. In the past, my husband would maintain the truck and check such items. As he passed away a few months ago, having a local business that can assure me the truck is ready for my road trip has eased my mind.

Had to get a radiator replacement out of nowhere, and they were very helpful and quick with the repair!

The services provided were good. Very friendly staff and nice waiting room. They are knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they have found and what they can do to help. They took the time to complete the emissions inspection and the timing was reasonable. They inspected other items as well as part of the test. I am glad they take the time to ensure everything is OK with the car.
