Great service and honest. Went for a 2nd opinion and was referred back to the dealer mechanic for one of the needed repairs due to complexity and need for specialized tools. Was very impressed! Kris took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs to me. Was pleased with the pricing for all the completed work.

Like their name says, very honest. I went in with wheel bearing assembly that had been broken by a worn-out strut that I didn't have the tools to fix. They did a general inspection and found another couple of issues that I already knew about with my car, and didn't try to upsell me on any of them, instead telling me to try to budget them within the next year or so. They only charged me for the work they did, and they even charged me the low end of my estimate. My friend had even left his wallet in the car, and when I came back for it they had it there for me, and nothing was missing. Good, honest people.

they were very kind and helpful, my daughter just moved to Utah and her brakes went out soon as she got into town. they took care of her car right away. They were very honest about the work that was needed to be done and their prices. I will definitely go back for any future car repairs.

I had a very good experience with Honest Auto. A friend of mine recommended them to me, and I decided to take their advice. I am glad that I did. I have been to Campus Tire Pros in Provo and was not impressed, and I have been to Clegg, and they were eh. This past week made me an Honest Auto Customer for life! Let me tell you why: I took my Jeep in for necessary repairs. My brakes were making noises and I knew I was very overdue for an oil change. When I arrived, I spoke with Bob, the owner, about needing to have all four of my brakes and rotors replaced. He said I'll check them out, and call you with what I think needs to be done. He was super friendly so I laughed and said I knew how bad they were, and to just change all four. About an hour later Bob calls me and says that they have looked at my breaks and he felt only the back needed replaced. He broke down all the costs for me before he did anything. He said "it will be $XX for the back brakes for parts and labor. We can do your front brakes, but honestly you have another year on them that would save you $XX today." He then broke down a couple options in between a full brake replacement and gave me their prices. Totally transparent the whole time. When I went back to pick my Jeep up, the price was exactly what he said it would be, and instead of pushing me with all the other things wrong with my vehicle, he told me a couple things that could be a problem in the future, and provided quotes on what they would be if I did need to have them done later. Needless to say in a year when my front brakes need replaced, I will be going back to Honest Auto. One last note to the people who have made it this far. I told Bob I was going to write this review because I was so happy with the service. When have you ever left a car repair shop feeling like that before?? Yeah I hadn't either.
