Super friendly service. Made a scary situation not scary. Fixed our car with zero issues. Definitely recommend this shop!

One of my headlights was out and it was an electrical issue not a lightbulb only. They checked it out and fixed it and were able to do it within the diagnostic time so the fee was very reasonable.

For anything other than the most basic of repairs, go somewhere else. I spent three weeks going back and forth over a very straightforward repair that had specific directions from the manufacturer of my vehicle to repair a specific issue. They did the wrong repair, then did the right repair incorrectly, then rescheduled the next appointment three times. They tried to push me into a much more expensive repair that was unrelated to the issue I asked them to fix. I had to handhold their technicians through the whole repair and call their bluff to get them to admit to doing the wrong repair, then doing the repair incorrectly. After being lied to repeatedly, communicated with very rarely, and having an overall terrible experience, I asked for my money back and will be taking my business somewhere that can competently complete the repair. Their franchise provider, Honest-1 Auto, has placed signage all over their provo shop talking about how they're honest and upfront. The real sign to pay attention to is in the back office and is in the picture- "The buck doesn't even slow down here". Anything but honest.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in auto repair. Alternator went bad, they got me in quick and diagnosed the problem. Picked it up the next night and within 2 hours was noticing a noise in the engine. Belt that they placed as part of the alternator installment was fraying. Closed for the weekend. Drove it about 10 miles the next day and engine was smoking. Belt disintegrated. Called them the next day and they denied responsibility. Asked them to cover cost to have it towed there and they refused. Took it to a nearby mechanic where car was and they felt belt had been installed improperly, but of course hard to prove since the belt was already pulverized. They even called Honest-1 and tried to discuss. Honest-1 refused to accept responsibility. The damage done at this point included seizing up the new alternator. So, 2 alternators and $2300 in a matter of 3 days. I tried to discuss with Honest-1 and they refused to make any compensations. DO NOT take your vehicle there! They should seriously consider changing the name of their business. On a brighter note: Front desk receptionist is warm, welcoming and accommodating. Hence the one star review

They were a low and fair price when compared to others, quick service, very clear communication about every repair and every cost and time expected. Actually honest!!!!❤️
